Cancellation Policy

CK-RN_NCLEXPrep is a one on one tutoring service to help people in nursing. Services I offer are everything from tutoring help with nursing classes, organizing and study skills, to working on passing the NCLEX. All sessions are over Zoom, I can provide resources, most sessions are 1:1, however I can do small groups. Packages are available as well with a discount. The Contractor shall perform the following services: Provide individualized private tutoring services to individuals seeking further advancement in knowledge for either nursing school or in order to pass the NCLEX and start their career as a nurse. Sessions will be scheduled after payment is received. Communication will be through email or text. A client that does not show up for a session without prior notice will forfeit the price and involvement of that session. Prior notice can include emailing and/or texting the tutor. Prior notice will be observed as, up to 10 minutes before the session. In the event that sessions are canceled on a permanent basis by either party, refunds will only be given on the number of sessions not used in the package.
